You will see there my blog name, if you have multiple blogs then probably you can not see the blog name for which blog you want to use this tool, there then you need to just click on the blog name show then you will see your all blogs you have added to Google Webmaster Tools.

Actually, you need to decide either you are going to disavow inbound links from entire domain or from a single page.

Then you need write, on your notepad like below you can see, actually it’s a format for this, because a
